Same ç giving'

What an awful experience!! Parcel collected a day later than I placed the order and still not delivered a day later than what it was planned to be delivered because "My Measurements" were not accurate. That's fine if it was 100% accurate but no communication whatsoever when parcel was collected about error in size or nothing, instead I have to continuously call them to find out what is happening with my parcel. And now my parcel will be delivered late even though I chose the fast delivery option(same day delivery).

What a disappointment!!!
