Sad and dissapointing service

They charged me just under R500 to courier something from Cape Town to Mpumalanga.

I accept the amount, pay and once/during the service rendered they email me telling me I have to pay an additional R160.00

I remember when Courier guy was the up and coming 5 star service - how sad.
