I use the Courier guy lockers for business to send parcels to my clients, I have been using it for the past 3 months without any issues. Tuesday evening I deposited a parcel, yesterday morning the driver messaged me to ask if i deposited the parcel where after I advised him I have and which locker I placed it in, he did not respond further. At 13:00 I called the support line and was advised they have a problem opening the locker but must call after 16:00. At17:00 I messaged the driver again where after he advised they need a technician to open the locker. This morning I receive a whatsapp that the locker was found empty. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE TO OPEN A CASE OF THEFT I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS HERE AND I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRR MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICE EVERY AGAIN
