RUINED PARCEL

Dear Courier Guy.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way my parcels were handled by you. I decided to give Pudo a chance because I moved to George and moving costs on its own was a lot of money. So I sent 4 stock 6 boxes down on Monday 5th of August using your services.

My boxes were clearly marked as fragile, they had stickers on them stating which way is up, and that nothing should be packed in top of my boxes as they contain living plants. To my horror I received my 3 boxes in the locker upside down, on their sides or squashed into the lockers. Is this acceptable?! Besides the whole ordeal in the lockers - one of my boxes still stated it is at the destination hub from Tuesday evening at 20:18. I had to call your George Depot 3 days later to get any communication from your side as nothing was communicated to me. When I called on Friday I was told my box was damaged and is in your damaged area of the warehouse. Why did I have to call first before receiving any response from you? Horrible service!

When I arrived there today (Saturday) I found my box inside another box, all of the content was just thrown into a new box with no care of what is inside, your reception lady stated that the box arrived like that. My contents were taped into my box, secured and stuffed - but the box I received had no tape on it anymore, stuffing gone and box torn up. I am so disgusted. All of my plants are either extremely damaged or dead. If you had communicated the problem earlier or informed me that the box was damaged and it could not be placed in a locker I could have made plans earlier and could have saved my plants. They’re all imported from South America and are extremely hard to replace. I was planning on starting a small business with my plants and now that chance has been ruined by Courier Guy because of your negligence.

This is extremely bad service on your part. I will never in my life use, recommend or support your company again. The neglect and sheer lack of care has proven to me that Courier Guy cannot be used or trusted again. I will be posting a review to Facebook & Hello Peter as well, so that other people do not make the same mistake in using your services.
