Rudest customer service ever

I called to find out about my package and the provider did not want to help me. He just put the phone down in my ear? I am trying to explain my situation there is absolutely no need for rudeness??? I am paying you !!! You should have propper customer service not act like impolite assholes! I pay for a service and im definitely not getting it from Courier Guy. I will not use them again. Alternatives like local companies and even DHL is faster and more polite!!! Never seen this rudeness ever.
