Rudely and sadly loosing my products with courier guy

This is the second time I lost my parcel through the courier guy.

I don't advice anyone to use this company whatever. I bought very expensive items only to be rudely told by the guy who supposed to deliver with this number *** that "there is nothing he can do he went with them he cares not". Next thing I chat with them through WhatsApp,I get "crazy message like I didn't understand

I regret using it.
