Rude workers

I phoned the Bethlehem branch to find out when my parcel would arrive. First,no answer for several calls at15:00. Then got ahold of them just to find the rudest person on the other side. Firstly not wanting to help me and then just said,look at your messages. Really not great standard for a good company
