rude staff at the courier guy, jhb

After always receiving brilliant service from the courier guy in the past, I had the unfortunate experience of having to phone their JHB office this morning. The person that answered(I will not insult woman by calling her a lady) was the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and after a simple request of asking for help to track a parcel, i was told to f*!k off and the phone put down on me, for absolutely no reason. If this is the service they offer i will most definitely take my business elsewhere and advise others to do so to.
