Rude Staff

Today, I called The Courier Guy, trying to track my order and an unprofessional Lady answered and insisted on speaking in Sotho even though I let her know I’m not good with Sotho. We had communication breakdown the whole time. When I asked for the call Ref she refused to give me and just went mute on me until I had to drop the call. She was Very Rude. I guess I will have to use other Courier companies cause The Courier Guy is a definite NO.
