Rude Staff

I called the Richards Bay office for information with regard to a cash delivery, I spoke to a lady by the name of Shireen and she was extremely rude! She did not even let me finish the conversation before she hung up on me.

I then called back, and explained the same set of circumstances to her again.

Please note that I would never use your courier service nor would I ever recommend your services to anyone else if that is the service delivery we receive from your staff.

My advice is to please let someone else answer your telephone, you will lose a lot of clients if she carries on the way she does.

Extremely disappointed!!!
