Rude Person from Courier Guy Meshack

Worst service ever.. I am still shocked!!!!! Mishack (who refused to give me his last name) delivered a carpet for me and due to the construction happening in my street I asked him if he can use the second street for entrance. He told me NO this is the street he uses and it's the street he knows. I asked him, is he expecting me to walk 2meters to fetch a 290*200 carpet.. he said it's a small mat I'll handle it. He was rude from get go. He then went on to say that we black people are the worst.. White people are better. I don't know what race had to do with anything. Why did I pay for delivery if I had to fetch the material myself. I am still shocked, Meshack was very rude. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have he's cell number, since he refused to give me his last name.
