Rude Pathetic Service - No Service

Most Pathetic service ever on the admin side of this company. After begging for two and a half months to get copies of invoices via email, I had to deal with the rudest unsympathetic woman ever. No apologies or even a lie that she did not get my mail - just plain rude

If it depended on me, my company will never deal with The Courier Guy ever !!!!
