Rude Manager at The Currier Guy Nelspruit

On the 5th of December 2022 I bought something online and on the 6th of December 2022 I got a message that my parcel has been collected by the currier Guy,and the Ref was GIM35324 to Nelspruit hub.

I waited while in Nelspruit they kept my parcel if which even now as you read the message they can't tell me or explain why did they kept it there.

On the 8th I called the sender to let them know that I haven't received my parcel yet,they they **** that the attempted to get hold of me and the didn't find me.

To my surprise on the 7th they delivered a parcel but on the 12th they can't locate my house or to contact me.

I then received a message that said my parcel will be delivered bofere the end on the day of the 12th and waiting until late around 16:47pm where I got an SMS that they delivered the parcel to me, while I didn't get my parcel.

On the 13nth in the morning I called *** to check why did I get the message of delivery while my parcel was not delivered,they gave me the area manager contact ,who promised to come back to me and I waited for an hour and he never called back,I called him and he gave me the number of the manager in Nelspruit,I called there ,yooo that guy was rude,and told me he is not a driver,his job is to sit and eat also drink,he sounded drunk,and even told me my parcel is there and he doesn't care if I get it or not,I can go and collect it,he will give me R50 and collect my ****ing parcel.

I called his area manager and told him what happened,his answer was he should have not talk like that and he will come back to me until now as you read he never came back to me.

What I did since my parcel was kept there for many days,I've asked my brother to collect it and they gave him because they have failed to deliver my parcel,I am warning you guys Nelspruit the currier Guy manager is useless,rude and desrespect people,let's try to use other curriers not The Currier Guy.

Never will I use this company again.
