Rude, intimidating driver.

I sold a book on texbook trader and the courier phoned me the next day to say he would be at my house to collect in 2 minutes as he was in my street. I waited for him for 15 minutes and he still wasn't here. I had to return to work so I left the textbook with my neighbour. 30 minutes after he first phoned me he was screaming at me on the phone saying I must hurry up. I let him know that my neighbour was outside waiting for him. She was very fast in giving him the book but he was shouting at her and sending me whatsapp messages that he was going to leave even though he didn't have to wait. He was extremely rude and I find it unacceptable that she spoke to us that way. I refuse to have him deal with any of my parcels again. I will refuse service from him.
