Rude employees and delay parcel

The communication among the people who are working there is very poor, my parcel from Durban on Monday to Keiskammahoek has not yet arrived. Friday I arranged a new delivery address seeing the Keiskammahoek area is having issues, and the lady said it's done. Today Monday the parcel was in East London, and from there to another town, Keiskmmahoek where I arranged to be delivered in PE today. It's gonna be 2 weeks my parcel is moving around up and down. The lady by the name of Bridget in East London is very rude she doesn't listen, On Friday I spoke to William and he told me the query has been located to the relevant department ref ***.I want my parcel today not another day, I have been waiting for so long
