Rude Driver - NO COVID 19 PROTOCOLS!!!!!

A parcel was just delivered to my by your vehicle: JG35HX GP.

Your driver was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! He honked his horn for me to come out and held the parcel out his window for me to fetch. When I did not go to his vehicle, he got out, was very rude and hand me the parcel. HE WAS NOT WEARING ANY MASK!!!!

This is pathetic service and do you not have COVID 19 protocols in place??????
