Rude driver

Driver was/is very rude, obnoxious and very demeaning remarks.it is very unfortunate that I have dealt with this driver twice. First time I thought he had a bad day and didn't report, second time he didn't deliver my parcel, he called and asked me to wait for him outside of my address of which I did just like the first time, and this time around his no show. To my surprise when I looked at my phone I saw 2 missed calls from him, but the phone is in my hands and never rang. When I call back his disrespectful, adamant that he came and left with my parcel while I was there standing waiting for him the intire time. I'm taking this further cause it is obvious this is his behavior to clients
