Rude driver and unacceptable email back from suop

I had a package delivered to me this morning and the drive was very rude and disrespectful towards me. so i email to support this email.

i had delivery today, where youre driver was so rude to me, He call me to tell he is here then just put my baby down then came out of the house when i came out of the house he so drove of not even waiting 5 min then when i received my parcel he told me i can not wait for you i have other parcel to deliver. i told him that has even been 2 min sins he called me he was very rude with me and very unprofessional. I told you driver wat must just leave baby en come out had put down first before comming out.

please see attention to this that your driver to be patient and to be more respectful towards client as we are after all the once that pays for the service.
