Rude Driver and email response

The worst courier company ever. They don't even care about your complaints, you can complain or be upset and it falls on deaf ears because they know people will continue using them.

The drivers verbally abuse you and tell you it's not there problem when you want an order by EID.

You send a reply on email and they try to cover up for the driver as if they were there when they were being rude

They just throw the delivery is a postbox so what's the point of the pin code?

The courier guy management won't even bother with this review either
