Rude Driver

I am very disappointed with the delivery service I experienced today. Your driver, Siboniso Xulu, called me only once he had already arrived at my address. I informed him that I was busy at that moment and asked him to please give me 5–10 minutes to come down and meet him.

Instead of waiting, the driver was rude and chose to leave with my order. I also suggested that, if he could not wait, he could leave the parcel at the reception area, which he refused to do. It is completely unreasonable to expect customers to be standing by the door waiting for deliveries at all times.

The delivery address is clear and accurate, and there is no gate at the property, despite the driver mentioning stopping at a gate that does not exist. Had he contacted me even five minutes before arriving, this situation could have been avoided.

I am extremely disappointed and saddened that I never received the parcel that was meant to be delivered today. I have never experienced such poor service from this company before, which makes this incident even more frustrating.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously, the driver’s behavior to be addressed, and clarity provided on how my undelivered parcel will be resolved.
