Rude driver

The drivers name.ia Vusi. The guy was rude and I ended up telling him to take back my parcel. I asked him to wait for 5min cause I had someone to get the parcel for me and he bit my head off like he was waiting for me for hours. Hire more patient people or change your method and allow us to choose a day where we know we are available.
