Rude, disrespectful driver

Never used this service before and would never recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately 1st impressions last. The driver was extremely rude, disrespectful and argumentative. All because I asked why he didn't call rather than abnormally hoot in a quiet neighborhood. Says that's how he works. Unacceptable. This is the only bad encounter I've had with a courier service and probably the last.
