Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate driver.

I have never dealt with such rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate behaviour, not only did the driver unnecessarily hoot loudly infront of my house almost waking my baby(which he knows about cause he delivered diapers to my house the previous day) all cause I missed his first call he then proceeded to argue with me and drive off without taking the package I was returning. I am in disbelief.
