Rude delivery guy
Such terrible customer service from your delivery guy named Andisa/Austine. The least you could have done was to be cordial and try to indicate that you will attempt delivery to my address again as I only missed your call by 6 minutes. You were rude, I wonder if any training on customer service is provided. Then came an email that my delivery failed in these exact words “Please note your shipment was not delivered due to mobile on voicemail I even give it try my self please assist”…how unprofessional…so disappointed

23 Apr 2024, 16:49Placed an order on the 18/04, today is the 23/04 and I am being told that my order is in Secunda, whereas there was an attempted delivery on the 22/04 to Johannesburg. I sent an email yesterday escalating the matter, still no response and today I’m told about a misroute…a misroute how when the parcel was already in JHB. Abby from the call centre said her supervisor, Johannes, will contact me…guess it’s a waiting game from now…
Not unless this was intentional caused by the rude driver I spoke to yesterday. Such bad service
