Rude customer service and parcel not arriving

My parcel is supposed to be delivered today,I use courier guy cos they offer good service and very fast,but today when I called courier guy Johannesburg hub (Cosmo City) to inquire some lady was so rude to the core,I have clients that r waiting,my parcel is busy circulating mpumalanga,this time it took the wrong route,m disappointed
