Rude Courier drivers - worst delivery experience ever

Worst delivery experience of my life

One of The Courier Guy's delivery team confirmed a delivery between 10 and 12 today over the phone yesterday. When we called them after 12, they said they were 15min away. An hour later I called them again as we had been waiting the whole morning for the delivery as to where they were and how 15min turned into an extra hour.

The guy told me to **** off on the phone and put it down on me. They then refused to answer the phone again. Called them at least 50 times and they kept not answering. Eventually they answered and said they were at the gate after 30 min of trying every number to get hold of the, tried calling head office etc.

We collected the package.

I then took photos of the vehicle to lodge a complaint upon which they swore at me again.

Absolutely unacceptable service, disgusting manners by the team.
