Rude call agents and poor customer support

Im a frequent user of Pudo and i keep coming up with problems with them and the sad part is they have rude call agents.Its really difficult to fix a problem wih them. Last time i was told to go and collect my parcel at a kiosk and when i got there they told me i should wait for the message. The lady at the kiosk said they like calling to tell clients to come fetch the parcels before checking if the delivery guys already delivered.There is Johannes and/ Dankie who i keep facing the problems with.
