Rude, Aroggant & Bad Attitude

I hope you well. I just had the worse customer service from one of your drivers. He was so rude and Aroggant. He had a very bad attitude. He got off the van and was banging on my gate. It took me about a minute or 2 to attend to him. When I came outside and approached him he was shaking his head in what looked like anger. I greeted him and asked him why he is shaking his head and he kept quiet. I asked him from where is this parcel that you delivering today? He said he does not know where it is from in a very rude manner. I then asked him how come he does not know where it is from? He then tells me, do you ask the postman that delivers letters where the letters are from or what's inside? I informed him that unfortunately he was not the postman and I signed the form and took my parcel. When he was walking away he mumbled something under his voice and walked away.

This man was disrespectful and his customer care s****s is pathetic. I will never deal with you business again. Looking at your Google map reviews, seems like your drivers are notoriously known for been rude and abnogicous
