Rude and unprofessional

I have the worst experience with their services. I called them to query if I can arrange a shipment pick up from my place since I was at work. I then made an online arrangement from 17:00 to 18:00 pm and I paid. The courier person (+***4) called me to say that they won’t be available because by then operations will be closed then I asked him how come they allowed me to book online he said he doesn’t know. I then called on the direct line upon which they explained then made a new arrangement to be 17:00. I then called the courier guy to say to him that ok I will be at home 16:30 and if I am late it will be 10 minutes (16:40), he then refused saying that he will be going home then but then I said to him but those where new arrangement then he rudely dropped the phone. Upon my arrival at home 16:30 I called him and he never picked up at 17:00 pm I called still nothing. I tried texting WhatsApp online a lady called Carmen I’m the middle of our text she type operation ends 17:00…. That was it.

The courier expects me to carry the parcel to work and I had explained it’s a device. Now I must make his like easy after paying more for these services.
