Rude and Poor Service The Courier Guy

The delivery guy named Sithembiso returned back with my parcel because I asked him to come to the office because I cannot leave the office unattended. He said to me rudely if i don't come to the gate then he will return back with the parcel and he did. The way he was speaking, he was very rude and undermining .He said he was doing me the favour by delivering my parcel but I paid for the delivery. I called the office, his manager did not see anything wrong with his behaviour. Im very disappointed with The Courier Guy and it was my first time using their services
