RUDE and NO accoutability for their system failures.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!! PUDO by the Courier Guy I booked my parcel online and my pin was sent to me 6 hours later!! my locker expired 36 hours from my booking not from receiving my pin to deposit my item. RUDE STAFF, WHO TOLD ME that shes talking and when I'm done explaining i must let her know so that she can talk. no offer of a credit to my pudo account for R50 seriously !!! this is such a great concept, but with an attitude like that you will be losing customer, maybe you should have a look at all your complaints, bad ratings, and 2/10 trust index and start with that !!
