Rude and inconsiderate service

I have used The Courier Guy before for sending and receiving parcels. The most recent experience was the most disappointing. Not only did the courier attempt to deliver before business hours, without contacting me first. I was rudely called and told that he would attempt the second delivery by lunch time. Naturally, if you try to deliver before 8am on a weekday without making pior arrangements, there's no guarantee I will be at home to collect the parcel. Secondly, it's not necessary to be so rude to the customer who has paid R120 for this service. Do I recommend you use them going forward? Well, in general, yes - as this ws an outlier experience. As outlier experiences go, however, it was pretty darn horrible.
