Rude and disrespectful driver

The delivery guy was so rude, he made me wait while he was transferring information from the way bill to the parcels, he took long when I complained about him taking long , he said is not even a minute but you are complaining.

I told him that you come to my area of work just to disgust me, he said I don't know how your husband us coping with your attitude. I told him that I don't have a husband he said that why your husband left you. This angered me because my husband passed on.

I called the company to inform them that they should send another driver, they told me that is not possible.
