Rude and appalling behaviour

I’m never one to complain because I understand things happen nor am I quick to get angry but The Couriers guy’s service is appalling! This is the 2nd time that I’ve received a package through them and both times nothing went right. Today, I get a call from a guy who tells me that he’s headed to my address, am I there and I said not at this moment but I can be there in less than 5 minutes because I’m at the mall because the address that he was given. You never know what day or time they are coming, you just receive a call saying I’m outside which is a big inconvenience because as much as he is working, I am too. I made it back to that address in 3mins and he was nowhere to be seen, security at the gate said no delivery guy arrived. This is the 2nd time that they have done this. I tried to call him back and he texted me saying he’ll call me back but he never did. I received a call from his manager Siyabonga who was super rude and yelling at me, told me that his driver has been waiting for him which was a lie because no one saw him. And he said that his driver will deliver my package whenever he’s doing what he’s it can either be today, tomorrow, he doesn’t know. What the heck is that? Is that how you guys treat your customers????!!!!
