Rude agent and bad service

I had booked a locker with pudo and I couldn't deposit the parcel due to load shedding.been sending pudo communication requesting the funds to be credited to me to no avail.Finally today 05 January 2023 I get hold of a very rude agent by the name of Masego telling me that load shedding doesn't last 36 hours in south africa and when i request to be referred to someone else she is giving me the run around.Several times I've received bad service from this lady.
