I had an issues with the courier guys n I got no help from the guatend n Durban branches including the mangers were so useless it was really disappointing honestly. But when I got thru the cape town branch I spoke to Rowena Ruiters she was ever ready to help me she followed up n got things sorted out which nobody cud do she was the most pleasant person to speak to helpful as ever followed up with all my issues n got things sorted out. Someone like her shud become the head not all the uneducated managers at the courier guys company n can not even help the customers. Rowena I really appreciate everything u have done n worked so hard to get things sorted out for me. Thank u dear
