Robotic Staff with no common sense.

Courier Guy Please employ people that can spell.I have great difficulty making a collection delivery call with countless spelling of simple words even Pretoria I had to spell and which province is Roodepoort spelling R for Richard O for orange O for orange etc etc etc.Most of the staff I find are robotic with no common sense. Sorry guys had to get this off my chest.
