****** by The Courier Guy, Mossel Bay

I was ****** at the Courier Guy Kiosk in Mossel Bay. We had a need to send some flowers to White River for a wedding. Their normal cost for a 2 to 5 day service was R120, but due to our need for a OVERNIGHT service, they charged me R500. The agent understood our need and added the pink stickers to the package that indicate that it was for an OVERNIGHT service. That package only arrived a day late with half of the flowers damaged - It must have been exposed to heat. Back at home I took it up with the kiosk manager. He promised to "look into the case" After two weeks I contacted him to get feedback. He was full of excuses and did not look into the matter. His attitude was "Sorry to hear that but I am not going to do anything as we do no deliver OVERNIGHT services". - Although it was indicated as such on the waybill.
