Road freight selection not available, since when

You cannot select a road freight option when requesting a quote. I contacted the What's App number and they said road freight or economy is not available from Pretoria to The Courier Guy depot in Grahamstown is it available. This is untrue as it was used about a month ago. Then I'm advised overnight is the same rate as road freight or economy. Then use Pudo. Everything but the option that has been requested and is available. I can't say bad client service at it was non existent service. Not the service I see The Courier Guy giving the company I work for.
