*******! Why charge full price for collection???

Horrible service! *********** customers in township by saying they need to collect items they paid full price for courier for at other locations. For an abnormally huge parcel, I had to hire a bakkie to collect my parcel after paying R250 (full price & extra)!for delivery. I’m going to urge retailers i buy from not to use this and I’ll fight retailers for my delivery money if I have to collect items myself.
