Rip-off artists with an inflexible complaints department.

Although their service was good, I felt that they had ripped me off. They collected 2 bundles from a customer in Jhb who had wrapped the items in a loose net. Their scanner scanned the loose net and I had to pay in an extra amount which added about 30% to my courier bill. I took the matter up with their complaints department, but they were unflinching. So annoying. I will never use them again. If you do use them, make sure the company that is supplying you wraps your parcel up tightly, or you will be ********** too.
