Ridiculous service, losing my parcel but I am the one who has to go through so much effort to get refunded!

The Courier Guy (Specifically the Witbank branch) is absolutely ridiculous! It’s been two weeks now that they have lost my parcel ,we’ve been back and forth via email and I keep having to send the same documents over and over again. I’ve mentioned to them that I don’t have access to a PC or printer as they keep saying that the documents aren’t in the correct format. Also everytime I have to follow up with them as they aren’t giving me feedback if I don’t! What a pathetic branch honestly!
