Revolting service.

It’s a shame that I cannot give 0 stars. I had thee most unprofessional encounter with a driver today, who obviously refused to give me any of his details. No attempt at contacting me prior to or on arrival, and tried to leave after taking a picture of the entrance to show that he was here. He spoke to guards and asked them to call me saying he does not have time to wait for anything more than 2 minutes (I live in a large complex with 11 floors and it takes atleast 5 minutes to get to reception). When the guards contacted me, he was already seen leaving, and had to be stopped by the guards. He did not want to collect my parcel because I asked for his details prior to handing him my parcel after the horrid encounter, and tried to pull my phone away. I am utterly disgusted.
