Fantastic Experience with Nicole Fortune. I started a chat to check if the courier guy could deliver my parcel within a specific time frame. Nicole was quick to assist and get in touch with the guy, and then get back to me. She also followed up with me to check that I was happy and comfortable. Great initiative from her part!
