Repulsive service

Good day, i make and sell stuf from home. Always used PEP paxi. But everyone told me about Pudo from The Courier Guy. So i decided to take a chance to use them. What a horrible experience. Theperson that had to pick up the parcel on friday afternoon phoned me and told me he saw my pick up to late. Can we make it for Monday. I asked if we cant do it Saterday which he said no. I wouldnt be home on Monday (today) but told him i will let him know in advance. So i changed all my plans so i could be home today. Now i recieved an email stating that there was a note made my parcel was not ready for collection. I have been reade since Friday. I sent an email and responded on their whatsapp. Now they are making me a lier telling they made an attempt to pick up the parcel but the parcel was not ready. No one has phoned me since Friday. The got there money on friday already. This is my first time using them and definitely wont recommend them to anyone. Not after service like this when they call a clien a lier.
