Replace this useless service with Star express

I'll summarize this bad service.

Reccomendation is to use Star Express next time you want service.

1st they lie and say they attempted to collect, but truth is they never even tried. Emailed them to complain about this lie and get generic replies that does not deal with the complaint at all. Tried to call the numbers on their emails amd neither of the 2 numbers actually work. Their WhatsApp reply to my complaint is "apologies it will be delivered tomorrow". Only collected the next bussiness day and it stays in their hub that entire day. Should be delivered the next day(day 3). That's 3 days for a service called overnight. I'm talking a 40km delivery distance.

Many people on my forums and even on here have all bad things to say about their service, so it's not even an isolated incident.

Reccomendations I get all over is to use Star Express if you really want service.
