Release of package to other person without permission

My name is Stephan Le Roux from Upington. Yesterday I requested a pick up from the Upington branch to collect a parcel in Vereeniging. This morning I called them to find out where my parcel is. After that I called twice to inform them that no other person will longer collect my parcel and myself will collect it they need to make a urgent note of that. My parcel was released from the warehouse to somebody else after I informed them not to do that. I did ask them to retrieve my parcel and I will collect it myself as indicated before. My parcel was never retrieved by them and I had to sort out my own issue. I called to the branch to ask them what are we going to do about this incident, I was put through finally to the manager Marlize. She just told me that they do it all the time so is not a issue and drop the phone. After a long while she called the person that wrongly collected the parcel and said I must stop calling and she wont take my calls any further. I’m using The Courier a lot, I am also a collector so yes they were the fastest and had a great experience until now. But after today I will change my courier service. I rather wait a day or 2 extra than taking a risk of losing my parcel. The manager, Marlize attitude also is very unprofessional and NEVER even attempt to apologize or to solve the problem in future.
