Refusing to assist on Saturday

The Rustenburg branch is not acceptable. I had a parcel sent over nite on Friday due to it being urgent. The parcel arrived Saturday at 6Am which is amazing but now the refuse to assist in releasing my parcel due to it being Saturday. Totally unacceptable! Client lost definitely.
