REFUSAL TO DELIVER MY PARCEL UPDATING STATUS IN ORDER TO RETURN IT

The courier guy keeps updating my order as my phone is going on voicemail . How is it possible that he is the only person not getting through ?

If you are not willing to deliver in Khayelitsha please stop taking orders and give it to the people that are willing .

I have been waiting the whole day for these people and all of a sudden the status is going to voice mail when telemarketers are calling me non-stop and they seem to get through STOP THIS NONSESE!!!!
