Refund refusal from Courier guy

Not Courier guy refusing to refund me after my client's package was hijacked on the way to delivery. They want a receipt where on earth am I going to get a receipt when I'm a small online boutique owner? They literally refused to refund me my money even for Courier. I've been using them for years without problems but my relationship with them came to an end when they refused to refund me my R210 imagine just R210. It's not a lot but to me it is. I'm so disappointed 😞 I recommend so many people and my friend warned me about them but I was like no I'm using them till 🙃
